Abu Dhabi Airports hosts ceremony to reward strategic suppliers and contractors

Abu Dhabi Airports (ADAC) held a Supplier Excellence Awards ceremony at the Westin Hotel and Resorts Abu Dhabi to recognize their strategic suppliers and contractors who have achieved outstanding performance and demonstrated dedication in delivering high standards in meeting Abu Dhabi Airports’ expectations.
Through this initiative, ADAC wanted to acknowledge the role that suppliers and contractors play in increasing efficiency and achieving higher customer satisfaction.
The Supplier Excellence Awards aim to motivate suppliers and contractors to deliver higher performance levels, improve processes, increase commitment and forge relationships with mutual benefits. They also promote competitiveness, innovation and creativity among suppliers, which ensures improvements in the way Abu Dhabi Airports conducts its business. It is an efficient way to incentivize suppliers and contractors to develop sustainable and collaborative partnerships, which translates to higher levels of customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
