Vendor Compliance Declaration

Key Instructions and Information 

  • Any potential Abu Dhabi Airports vendor interested in conducting business with us must complete Vendor Compliance Declaration Form (Vendor Declaration) on its letterhead and return it to our Vice President Contracts at and Head of Compliance at
    • a) upon submission of pre-qualification documents / bid / tender / proposal to us, and/or prior to award / renewal / variation of a contract / task order /purchase order, or any other form of contractual arrangement
    • b) every year, until the expiry of contract / task order / purchase order, or any other form of contractual arrangement
    • c) ‘as and when’ Conflict of Interest or other situations which are subject to disclosure arise.
  • Abu Dhabi Airports reserves its rights to:
    • a) request further self-declarations, disclosures or supporting documents; and/or
    • b) take other reasonable action including termination of contractual arrangements if there are concerns, or the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
