Commercial Concessions

Find the answers to some commonly asked questions about concessions at our airports.

Our most frequently asked questions:

Q: How much rent would my business be expected to pay at Abu Dhabi Airport?
A: Most of our concession contracts are agreements of at least three years in length and financial terms are a percentage of net sales or a guaranteed minimum sum, whichever is the greater. Concession fees can vary by business type.

Q: I am interested in a kiosk/Go Cart unit. Are these readily available?
A: We have a limited number of flexible spaces in our terminals. These change on a regular basis. Some categories are part of our master concessionaire, DFS (part of the Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group, LVMH) who has exclusive rights. If your product is not competing, our Commercial team can discuss business opportunities with you. Alternatively, we can put you in touch with DFS.
