Hanan Ibrahim Al Abed

Hanan Ibrahim Al Abed joined Abu Dhabi Airports as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in March 2019. With over 17 years' experience in human resources management, she is a proven specialist across several key areas, including project management, organisational design and structure, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement and change management.

Before joining Abu Dhabi Airports, Al Abed served at the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) since 2002, with her last post being Management Support Office Director, providing advisory and administrative support to the Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General, and leading organisational development projects and EAD's executive communications and external relations.
