Air Cargo constitutes an important component of Abu Dhabi Airports' business offering. Our passenger and freighter network facilitates connectivity to over 200 international destinations, linking Abu Dhabi with all continents. This makes Abu Dhabi a strategically located logistics hub, well-suited for distributing goods to the Middle East and the wider region.

Abu Dhabi Airports’ cargo facilities are managed by Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zones (ADAFZ), with a strategic vision to grow cargo, logistics and aviation-related businesses around the airport ecosystem.

Cargo and Logistics Businesses can choose from a wide range of facilities and services within ADAFZ Real Estate Portfolio, including:

1) Logistic Hub :

The Logistics Hub is an integrated ecosystem that enables businesses to set up and operate at the Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone (ADAFZ), leveraging excellent infrastructure and connectivity. The Logistics Hub currently include three main facilities:

a. The Business Centre

b. The Logistics Park

c. The Business Park

2) Al Falah Free Zone:

Al Falah Free Zone enables the growth and expansion of businesses by providing the necessary infrastructure and services for customers from different sectors.

  • Total site area of 8.3 million sqm.
  • Phase 1 is under development and will release 101,000 sqm. of serviced plots by 2024
  • Offers a range of business services, such as office space, warehousing, logistics, and airside access to clients.
  • Strategically located to enable easy access to/from Zayed International Airport.
  • Well-suited for many business sectors, such as trade, services, logistics, manufacturing, and more.
  • Provides a full range of licenses to suit different business activities and is open for foreign and local investors.
    • 3) Southside Cargo Facilities

    The Southside Cargo Facilities at Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone (ADAFZ) is a designated airside connected area within the free zone specifically designed to support air cargo and logistics operations spanning 60,400 sqm.

    1. Offers a range of facilities and services such as warehouse and industrial space, cargo handling equipment, and easy access to customs and port services.
    2. Equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced technology.
    3. Designed to handle different types of cargo, including perishables and pharmaceuticals.
    4) East Mildfield

    1.2 million sqm of land to support the development of a new cargo & logistics zone (airside) with a purpose-built cargo terminal and additional infrastructure development for express-integrator land plots and build-to-suit options.

    5) Cargo At Al-Ain International Airport & Al-Bateen Executive Airport

    Our Cargo portfolio also includes serviced land plots, warehouses and hangarage facilities at Al Ain International Airport, Abu Dhabi’s second international airport, located 18km northwest of Al Ain City. Al Bateen Executive Airport also offers flexible designs and layouts to cater to different business needs.
