In support of Abu Dhabi’s Economic Vision 2030, we established ADAFZ to own, operate, develop and manage Free Zone districts in Zayed International Airport, Al Bateen Executive Airport and Al Ain International Airport.

ADAFZ manages a property portfolio of over 88 km2 and acts as a One-Stop-Shop providing a variety of world-class products and facilities, including fully serviced business centres, plots of land for development, aircraft hangers and more, all of which offer an outstanding return on investment to our tenants.

Our Government Mandate

• In 2010, the Abu Dhabi Executive Council declared our Abu Dhabi International, Al Ain International and Al Bateen Executive Airports Free Zone areas.
• The zone was established in 2012 as part of the emirate’s economic diversification strategy and is home to businesses from various sectors. ADAFZ, unlike any other free zone in the emirate, lists its proximity to international airports as one of the major advantages afforded to its clients, serving as a strategic hub and gateway to the Middle East.

• Land Plots for Lease: plots/parcels for a long-term lease for purpose-built / build-to-suit facilities.
• Warehouse Facilities: available warehouses are ready for lease with areas of 360 m2 (15m x 24m) and multiples up to a maximum of 2,880 m2 (8 units) under a single roof.
• Offices: fully fitted offices starting from 40sqm upwards
• Business Center: Flexi Desk, Executive Desk, Executive Office, fully furnished, supported by IT, security, & other facilities.
