Frank McCrorie

Frank McCrorie is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Abu Dhabi Airports. An experienced, resourceful aviation professional with an extensive track record of successful project delivery across a diverse range of markets, he oversees all of Abu Dhabi Airports’ ongoing operational areas, working to ensure the delivery of a smooth and seamless airport experience for all passengers, partners and staff.

Frank is accountable for every aspect of Abu Dhabi Airport’s round-the-clock operations across the group’s five airports. Using his comprehensive airport operations knowledge, he strives enhance the passenger experience using Abu Dhabi Airport’s infrastructure and ensure efficient, regular service provision for airline partners operating at Abu Dhabi Airports facilities. Having overseen the delivery of a range of capital projects, Frank brings sweeping insight into the wider development of Abu Dhabi’s key aviation infrastructure.

Before joining Abu Dhabi Airports, Frank was Senior Vice President of Operations at Dubai International Airport. Overseeing a team of over 1,300 staff, he was responsible for all operations at the airport. During this time, Frank designed and delivered a step transformation for performance across the airport’s operations, overseeing the successful implementation of all investment programs and enabling Dubai International Airport’s world-class Airport Operations Control Centre.
