As the Chief Programs Officer at Abu Dhabi Airports, Erik brings over 30 years of experience in overseeing complex, large-scale capital projects. A seasoned leader in program management and infrastructure development, Erik directs the planning, execution, and delivery of Abu Dhabi Airports' expansive portfolio, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision of becoming one of the most innovative and customer-focused airport groups globally.

Erik’s career spans multiple sectors including utilities, manufacturing, aviation and property management and he has extensive experience in leading multi-cultural and geographically dispersed organizations. He is known for his data-driven approach, his commitment to operational excellence, and his ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master of Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
