Erik’s career spans multiple sectors including utilities, manufacturing, aviation and property management and he has extensive experience in leading multi-cultural and geographically dispersed organizations. He is known for his data-driven approach, his commitment to operational excellence, and his ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master of Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
